FLEX CARD – FAQ

1. Can I get a P&B FLEX Card at any Potvin & Bouchard store? 

Answer: Yes, the P&B FLEX Card is available at all participating Potvin & Bouchard Inc. dealers.

2. My P&B FLEX Card has been deactivated. What should I do?

Réponse : Dans la plupart des cas, c’est que vous avez oublié de compléter le formulaire d’activation sur notre site web suite à la première transaction, vous aviez 30 jours pour le faire. Pour réactiver votre carte, simplement compléter le formulaire d’activation disponible sur ce site.

3. My card has been lost or stolen. How do I get another one? What happens to my points?

Answer: If your P&B FLEX Card has been lost or stolen, it is the cardholder’s responsibility to notify Potvin & Bouchard Inc. immediately. Collected P&B Points will automatically be transferred to your new file when a new card is issued to you. In either case, the card replacement fee is $10.00. Please contact us by email at [email protected] or mail to the attention of the program administrator to learn the procedure to follow to replace your card and transfer your P&B Points.

4. What are the limitations regarding the use of the P&B FLEX Card?

Answer: If your P&B FLEX Card has been lost or stolen, it is the cardholder’s responsibility to notify Potvin & Bouchard Inc. immediately. Collected P&B Points will automatically be transferred to your new file when a new card is issued to you. In either case, the card replacement fee is $10.00. Please contact us by email at [email protected] or mail to the attention of the program administrator to learn the procedure to follow to replace your card and transfer your P&B Points.

5. Do the points have an expiry date?

Answer: P&B Points are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
