Find an item advertised at a lower price by a competitor, and we’ll match it—guaranteed !

Certain conditions apply :

• This best-price guarantee applies to identical items advertised at a lower price by one of our competitors located within a 25-kilometre radius;
• The item must be available at your Potvin & Bouchard store and at the competitor’s store;
• You must present proof or attestation of the competitor’s price during the period in which the flyer is valid or the price comes into effect;
• The best-price discount will be applied before taxes, environmental stewardship fees and any other reductions, if applicable;
• The best-price guarantee cannot be combined with any other offer;
• The best-price guarantee applies to « cash and carry » sales only;
• We reserve the right to limit quantities;
• We reserve the right to verify any claims as necessary before honouring this guarantee;
• This guarantee applies to Potvin & Bouchard stores only;

This guarantee excludes :

• Special orders;
• Rain checks;
• Online prices or offers;
• Typographical or other errors;
• Free offers, gifts with purchase, gift cards, gift certificates and rebates;
• Sales without warranty and clearance, going-out-of-business and bankruptcy sales;
• Promotions, special offers, limited-time offers and special events;
• Credit or financing programs;
• Worn, damaged, returned or demo goods;
• Any price included in a quote or call for tenders;
• Volume discounts for bulk purchases;
• Delivery and assembly services, labour, installation and any products and services provided by our installation services;
• Wholesale clubs with membership fees.
