This pre-blended sand mix combines Portland cement and well-graded natural sand in a ready-to-use formula suited for new concrete construction, overlays, and repairs. It is formulated for applications requiring a thickness of 2 inches or less. The surface can be finished smooth with a trowel or textured with a broom or brush, and reopened to foot traffic within 24 hours. Meets or exceeds ASTM C 387 compressive strength requirements.
