The ThermoShield R42 attic hatch is designed to provide superior insulation. Its 5/8" particle board housing and MDF border with foam weatherstripping ensure excellent airtightness. The door, made of laminated particle board and 11" expanded polystyrene, provide an effective thermal barrier, making it ideal for maintaining interior temperature.
